Join me for the first of an ongoing, open reflective writing circle. We will meet monthly to experience the group energy of meditation and breathwork, followed by reflective writing time. This is for anyone interested in learning to open to the voice of the divine within and to develop a deeper awareness of this always present guidance. For those facing serious illness, anticipatory loss or grief, this is a valuable resource to helping cope with these transitions in our lives. This is not a support group, but the energy of others provides much needed nourishment in these times. Individual Reflective Writing Coaching is available beyond this circle to deeply access your unique circumstances and promote healing.

Please bring a journal and pen. Coffee, tea, and water will be provided.

    Attending Marggie’s reflective writing sessions has been life-changing. Her spirituality and compassion seem to flow directly into my heart and bring me deep peace and self-awareness. The combination of meditation and breath work provide the perfect avenue for reflective writing as my pen on paper releases both negative thoughts and sets positive intentions.
