Learn to use this tool to maintain inner peace and balance during the unsettling times we’re experiencing and will continue in the weeks ahead. Using our journals, we will explore our own deepest selves, uncover our own triggers and find new ways to avoid losing our optimism and connection.
This class is an introduction to my use of meditation, breath work, prompts, and the benefit of group energy to dive deeply within. In this way, our own peaceful center will open and guide us through these times.
